At Carhartt Reworked, we stand by the durability of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your pre-loved gear isn't the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the original form of payment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original tags—including the Reworked authentication tag—are attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location for the designated carrier and keep your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our facility.
